Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Head of Business (MENA), you will lead the regional sales strategy across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on HNI and Priority client segments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business and sales strategy
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of HNI/Priority clients
- Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team
- Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs
- Utilizing CRM tools and analytics to monitor performance and guide strategy
- Strengthening brand presence and driving market expansion
- Ensuring compliance with regional regulations and mitigating business risks
Desired Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have the following:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- A strong background in fintech, wealth management, or financial services
- Deep understanding of the HNI/Priority market in the Middle East and Africa
- A well-established network within the HNI/Private Banking ecosystem in Dubai and MENA
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools, with an analytical mindset
