Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Head of HR, you will lead all aspects of human resources u2014 from policy and compliance to recruitment, payroll, culture, and performance management u2014 for a fast-growing, multi-brand organization. You will work closely with the COO and department heads to structure the HR ecosystem and support strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations and team management across Dubai and Ibiza locations
- Standardize policies, processes, and HR documentation across brands and entities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, payroll, appraisals, and exits
- Ensure full legal compliance with UAE and Spanish labor laws
- Manage workforce planning and structuring across departments
- Drive performance culture and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate with finance and operations for seamless payroll and cost alignment
- Optimize and oversee all HR processes through Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a group-level or regional leadership role.
- Strong command of UAE labor law; familiarity with EU/Spanish labor regulations is a plus.
- Experience in high-growth industries (wellness, fitness, hospitality, or F&B preferred)
- Fluency in English; Arabic, French, or Spanish is an asset
- Tech-savvy and experienced in digital HR systems u2014 particularly: Zoho People, Zoho Recruit and Zoho Payroll.
