Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you will do
  • Generate a deep understanding of all core target markets in the region and develop strategies to win in each market.
  • Identify the main players per market and build relationships with potential customers and other key external stakeholders.
  • Build and develop a strong team that can drive the future growth in the region.
  • Set ambitious and motivational goals to challenge the sales team and meet the business plan.
  • Drive account management leadership for the area sales organization. Ensure focus on developing new business at target accounts.
  • Create a strong network with all stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Develop and implement Marketing activities for all countries.
  • Develop and implement the best logistics services for each market closely together with the logistics team.
  • Willingness to extensive travel into the local markets as needed.

  • University degree in economics, sciences, engineering, or a comparable field
  • Solid years of sales and industry experience, with a strong focus on African markets
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the automotive aftermarket

Leadership & Cultural Acumen

  • Strong people leader with a clear commitment to team development and performance growth

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Languages

  • Fluent in English; French strongly preferred
  • Additional languages are an advantage

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, combining logic with strategic creativity
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Genuine passion for the automotive industry
  • Ability to lead and deliver complex, cross functional initiatives
