Roles & Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across blue-collar, white-collar, and technical roles Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding activities Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of vacancies Track recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and mass recruitment projects
