It started as Kenexa, an independent recruitment solutions company in 1987 and was founded by Nooruddin S. Karsan and Rhea Varghese. By 2008-09, the company has expanded to more than 30 offices in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In 2012, the company was acquired by IBM and changed its name to the current one.

 

The headquarters of the company is located in Pennsylvania, USA and the office of the Middle Eastern division is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company has received numerous awards and achievements like 10th rank on Forbes Fastest Growing Technology Companies in 2008, Top Product of the Year in 2008 & 2010 by Human Resources Magazine and Top Five Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Vendor by Baker’s Dozen Satisfaction Ratings in 2010.
