Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Admin will be responsible for supporting the daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle Management, The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment coordination, employee records, attendance, HR administration, and handling HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor regulations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and support recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and attendance records.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, employment certificates, and other HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, overtime, leave, and related data.
  • Handle employees inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave balances, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Monitor probation periods and employee contract renewals.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor law requirements.
  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records when required.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and support HR projects and audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.
  • Act as the main person to handle the Egypt branch in terms of official documents and dealing with government entities

Desired Candidate Profile

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR coordination or HR administration.
  • Good understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR systems or ERP systems is a plus.
