Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR and administrative functions at the project site.
Manage employee relations, attendance, and site documentation.
Coordinate with the head office to ensure smooth operational flow.
Handle daily administrative tasks, record keeping, and office management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven HR & Admin experience in the UAE construction sector is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of site-based HR practices and UAE labor law.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
