Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the HR team in the coordination and execution of daily administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Manage employee records, maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing documentation and facilitating a seamless employee experience.
Respond promptly to employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies, procedures and benefits.
Coordinate logistics for HR-related meetings, trainings and events.
Support payroll and attendance administration, including leave tracking and documentation.
Prepare HR reports and presentations, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and participate in HR projects as needed.
Assist in managing the HRIS (Workday and Nathan & Nathan) by learning system functionalities and supporting HR data analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR administration or office management is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems (Workday) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity.
Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
