Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and managing exit procedures.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, leave requests, and employee data.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain confidential HR files, databases, and documentation both digitally and physically.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management review.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and support related administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or related role.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
