Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts by creating innovative job postings and performing candidate screenings to attract top talent.
  • Design and implement employee onboarding programs that foster engagement and retention from day one.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including data privacy regulations.
  • Conduct employee training sessions and workshops to enhance skills relevant to organizational goals and employee development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration roles, with a proven track record in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Experience in a specific industry, such as technology or healthcare, is a plus to understand sector-specific HR challenges.
  • Open to candidates of all nationalities, but preference may be given to those familiar with local labor laws and cultural practices.
