Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administrative management of personnel.
  • Ensure the proper application of current regulations in Human Resources management.
  • Managing relations with social organizations (CNAS, and other organizations).
  • Monitoring of personnel files (Administrative, Absence, Trial period, End of fixed-term contract)
  • Ensure follow-up of the conga lines.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts.
  • Schedule job interviews and assist with the interview process.
  • Ensure the registration of administrative documents.
  • Prepare and update HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments, etc.
  • Ensure the filing of administrative documents.

  • Possessing professional knowledge in the field of Human Resources.
  • Having 1 year of experience in the field.
  • Communication.
  • Good responsiveness.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ensure effective communication within the HR team and with other departments.
