Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update accurate employee data in the Navision (HRIS) system.
Process employee updates including new joiners, transfers, exits, and status changes.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower/budget summaries.
Review and consolidate monthly attendance (UAE & Overseas), including sick leave and late records.
Ensure compliance with WPS salary requirements.
Coordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, and HR teams for insurance, visa allocation, and employee records.
Manage biometric access and manual attendance for trial or non-visa staff.
Handle employee documentation and respond to certificate requests.
Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, attendance, or HR operations.
Experience using ERP/HR systems (Navision experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS requirements.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
