Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Onboard new hires by completing paperwork, processing payroll information, and providing them with company resources and information.
Employee Relations & Benefits Management:
- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Process employee leave requests and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
Data Management & Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
- Manage HR databases and systems.
- Prepare presentations and other documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachler's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant degree.
- Minimum of +1 year of experience in Human Resources as a supportive role.
- Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite & Human Resources Software.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Strong attention to details & Accuracy.
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn.
