Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR initiatives.
- Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession programs.
- Support compensation, performance management, and engagement projects.
- Advise management on employee relations and HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in HR or Business Management.
- 6 9 years of HRBP experience in the banking industry.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HRIS systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
