Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities for store and corporate roles.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for retail staff.
  • Assist with training schedules and attendance tracking.
  • Support HR reporting and administrative tasks.

This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices within a fast-paced retail environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a proactive HR COOP Trainee to join our HR team, supporting day-to-day HR operations across stores and head office.

Training Duration: As per university COOP program

  • Bachelor s degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eligible for COOP training as per university requirements.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Interest in HR operations within a retail environment.
