Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and support disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain HRIS records, employee files, attendance, and ensure HR policy and labor law compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation queries, and support performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate and deliver basic training and development activities.
  • Administer and monitor active contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, schedule, budget, and KPIs.
  • Prepare and maintain contract documentation, reports, and records.
  • Support claims preparation, analysis, and preventive contract management activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for contract deliverables.
  • Ensure all HR and contract functions comply with company standards and local regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and contract administration within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws (Kuwait & Saudi Arabia preferred).
  • Familiarity with various contracting models (EPC, Lump Sum, Cost Plus).
  • Strong negotiation, commercial, and financial analysis skills.
