Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits packages, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry trends.
  • Manage and oversee the benefits administration process, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits, resolving complex issues.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of UAE salary structures, allowances, benefits, and pension calculations.

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits: benchmarking, pay structures, internal parity, manpower costing.

  • Hands-on with Job Evaluation (Korn Ferry / Hay preferred).

  • Exposure to OD work: org structures, job descriptions, role mapping.

  • Ability to draft/review HR policies.

  • Strong HR analytics and Excel modelling skills.

  • 3-5 years in C&B / HR Analytics / OD.

  • UAE or GCC experience preferred.

  • Experience in multi-entity/group environments is a plus.
