Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible HR Coordinator (Saudi National) to support day-to

day operational activities as assigned by management.


The role involves coordination with labor, Saudi government offices, project sites, and clients, along with handling emergency situations and accommodation arrangements for labor and staff. The candidate must be fluent in English and willing to travel at short notice as per management requirements.


� Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day coordination tasks assigned by management

  • Coordinate labor-related matters including documentation, movements, and welfare

  • Visit Saudi government offices for official work and approvals

  • Conduct regular site visits for project coordination and issue resolution

  • Attend client meetings and support discussions as required

  • Handle emergency situations involving labor (hospital visits, road accidents, urgent support)

  • Arrange accommodation for labor at site locations and for staff housing

  • Follow up on invoices and payments with clients

  • Coordinate between projects, operations, HR, and management to ensure smooth execution

  • Maintain records, reports, and follow-up logs


Required Skills & Competencies


  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic mandatory as Saudi National)

  • Good coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly

  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with labor, clients, and government offices

  • Basic knowledge of documentation, invoicing follow-ups, and site coordination

  • Willingness to travel at any time as per management requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree or Diploma (any relevant field)

  • 3–5 years of experience as a HR Coordinator / Admin Coordinator / Operations

    Coordinator

  • Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)

  • Saudi National

  • Professionally presentable and reliable

  • Flexible to work extended hours and travel on short notice

  • Comfortable handling field coordination and office-based follow-ups
