Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR professional will be responsible for managing and executing HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, performance management, and training. The role ensures alignment between employees and management while promoting company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Coordinate new hire orientation and induction programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management
    • Coordinate appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
    • Support managers in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Payroll & HR Operations
    • Manage payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursements.
    • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
    • Handle attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Learning & Development
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.
    • Support career development and talent management initiatives.
  • Compliance & Policy Management
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll tools).
