Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in the FinTech/BFSI sector
Source profiles through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members
Understand job requirements related to payments, lending, KYC, AML, risk, fraud, operations, customer support, sales
Maintain and manage candidate trackers and MIS reports
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and onboarding
Support offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
