Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in a property management firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing HR strategies, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to support a growing team across multiple sites or properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for property management roles (e.g., facility managers, housekeeping, front office, security staff).
  • Post job advertisements, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration of employees.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
  • Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives across properties.
  • Maintain effective communication between field staff, property teams, and management.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital).
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
  • Ensure all HR documents (contracts, ID cards, policies) are up to date and compliant.

4. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support audits and inspections related to HR practices.
  • Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures.

5. Performance & Training

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support career path planning and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate, facility management, or property services.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
