Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Handle employee relations, addressing queries and resolving HR-related issues
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Support payroll processing, leave management, and performance appraisal processes
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team events
Prepare HR reports and insights for management decision-making
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 4 years of proven experience in HR or related roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, UAE labor regulations, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with discretion
