Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry preferred
Good understanding of:
Employee Life Cycle
HR Operations
HRMS Systems
SAP, HRIS or Other Payroll System.
Compensation & Benefits best practices
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with HRIS / SAP / Payroll systems
Knowledge of HR software and payroll workflows
Familiarity with UAE Employment Rules & Regulations
