Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).

  • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and follow up on receivables.

  • Handle vendor payments and reconcile supplier statements.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

  • Assist in VAT filing and documentation.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support closing activities.

  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents.

  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required records.

  • Support management with financial data when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred).

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and VAT.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

  • Good communication skills.
