Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and assisting with candidate screening.
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to improve workplace efficiency.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational needs.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Main KPI/Bonus is linked to the "Retention Rate" and new hires passing the 3-month probation period successfully.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-4 years of experience in a human resources generalist or related HR role.
- Excellent Recruitment experience is A MUST
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve employee issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
