Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law regulations.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote the company s values and culture.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- +10 years of proven experience in an HR management or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
