Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and talent management.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution in a timely manner.
  • Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and support business growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
  • Willingness to work onsite in a full-time, long-term capacity.
