Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
  • Academic background / diploma / Courses in HR.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or mid-level HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor law, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience with HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
