Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of policies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and employee engagement initiatives
- Drive performance management, training, and talent development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Partner with management to strengthen workplace culture
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Solid HR experience of 10 years in a managerial role with proven leadership
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
