Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring a proactive approach to talent management.
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and new hires.
- Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations, providing guidance to managers on best practices for employee development.
- Design and deliver training programs that address skill gaps and promote continuous professional growth within the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
progressive HR experience, ideally in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise.
Experience in industries like technology, finance, or healthcare, where HR practices are evolving rapidly.
