Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dubai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and supporting the overall HR strategy to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.
Desired Candidate Profile
Recruitment and employee onboarding and offboarding skills Experience in performance management and employee relations Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws Ability to maintain employee records and manage HR compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in an HR managerial role is a plus Minimum 2 Years Experience in the Same field
