Roles & Responsibilities

Wave Warriors is growing, and we need a hands-on HR Manager who doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk all day! We operate a lean, high-energy team. In this role, you will be balancing essential office meetings with active field verifications , ensuring our team is safe, compliant, and motivated.

This is the perfect opportunity for a smart, mid-level HR professional looking to step up into a management title with a fast-growing marine trading company.


What You Will Do Every Day

  • Strategic Collaboration: Attend and contribute to key operational meetings to ensure HR policy aligns with our global maritime trading goals.

  • Field Verification & Compliance: Conduct regular site visits and field verifications to maintain safety, welfare, and operational standards.

  • Policy Management: Oversee MoHRE compliance, documentation, and the implementation of our culture across the team. alongside our HR Executive

  • Conflict & Problem Resolution: Use your empathy and professional judgment to resolve field-level challenges and keep the team energy high.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experienced: Deep knowledge of 2026 UAE Labor Law and MoHRE digital systems.

  • Active: You enjoy being on the move and are comfortable conducting field-based verifications.

  • Organized:  You can manage complex documentation and meeting schedules with precision.

  • People Person: You understand people and can navigate diverse team environments with a supportive yet grounded approach.
