Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract top candidates.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure fast adaptation and effective integration.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build a positive work culture characterized by trust, transparency, and strong communication.
- Manage employee relations cases, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions fairly and professionally.
- Design and implement engagement activities, recognition programs, and satisfaction surveys.
Performance & Development
- Implement performance management systems aligned with company goals.
- Identify training needs and oversee development plans, workshops, and career progression frameworks.
- Support managers in coaching, capability building, and leadership development.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll accuracy, attendance systems, and HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal standards.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Manage personnel files, contracts, and documentation.
Strategic HR & Organizational Development
- Analyze workforce data and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Lead organizational improvement projects (structure, roles, workforce planning).
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, productivity, and employee retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or HR certification preferred).
- 7 12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
