Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mission and sustainability goals of the organization.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in coordination with finance and external partners.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture that reflects the company s values.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics and analytics.
- Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
