Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Bohub s business goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for F&B roles (operations, production, quality, supply chain, corporate)
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and workforce planning for shift-based and seasonal staff
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety regulations, and workplace standards
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and incentive structures suitable for F&B environments
  • Lead HR policies related to health, safety, hygiene, and employee well-being
  • Support managers with talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS systems

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
