Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an HR Manager for a reputable Health Center in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Qatar labor laws and healthcare industry standards.
Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with DHP licensing and healthcare regulations.
Handle conflict resolution, grievance management, and workplace ethics.
Drive training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Support workforce planning and retention strategies.
Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in the healthcare sector).
Strong knowledge of Qatar labour laws and HR best practices.
Experience in healthcare licensing procedures is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
