Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Description
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits programme in line with market standards.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
  • A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
