Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
  • Handle HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files
  • Manage office administration tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Support attendance tracking, leaves, and basic HR reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and office-related matters

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, Office Administration, or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
