Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Handle HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files
- Manage office administration tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Support attendance tracking, leaves, and basic HR reporting
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and office-related matters
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, Office Administration, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office tools
