Factory is located in Hail Industrial City, King Abdulaziz Rd, Saudi Arabia


The HR Officer / Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the Hail manufacturing site, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labour Law and supporting a high-performance factory environment.
This role will act as the HR backbone of the plant, driving employee engagement, workforce discipline, automation, and recruitment support.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, factory-experienced, Arabic-speaking, detail-oriented, and confident in HRIS systems and Saudi compliance frameworks.

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Strong English communication skills
