Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Officer will handle a variety of tasks including recruitment, employee relations, records management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave.
  • Support the execution of training and development programs.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in performance review cycles and documentation.
  • Help maintain workplace compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Prepare HR-related reports such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and training outcomes.
