Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across multiple open positions.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for next steps.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
Support onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Min. 2–3 years of experience in recruitment profile.
(Sector: Electromechanical/Construction / Fire-Hub/MEP is an advantage.)
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Solid understanding of UAE labor market and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory!!!
