Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates using job boards, networking events, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical non-tech roles, ensuring proactive readiness for business needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring consistent engagement throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Screening & Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications, conduct telephonic screenings, and assess candidates against role requirements.
  • Use competency-based and situational interview techniques to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights on talent availability.

Interview Coordination & Communication:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Facilitate assessments or assignments as required for specific non-tech roles.
  • Collect and relay feedback to hiring managers and candidates promptly.

Offer Management & Onboarding Support:

  • Support the offer process including salary discussions, preparing offer letters, and pre-employment checks.
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain candidate relationships post-offer to ensure engagement through onboarding.

Recruitment Reporting & Process Improvement:

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience) to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement recruitment best practices to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry benchmarks, and innovative sourcing strategies for non-tech talent acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically for non-technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • High attention to detail, structured approach to managing recruitment processes, and ability to work independently.
