HR Senior Officer

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals.

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.

Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRIS data, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and organizational changes.

Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3 to 6 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
