Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Support recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and systems.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
Handle employee relations matters, addressing inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational projects and HR initiatives.
Skills:
- 2 5 years of HR experience, ideally in tech or software development companies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and HR systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
