Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance department.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the textile industry.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in a human resources role, preferably within a manufacturing or textile environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Has a good relationships with 10th of Ramadan Insurance and labor office.
