Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management for all staff members.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the academy s mission.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
