Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management for all staff members.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the academy s mission.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources role.

  • Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
