Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for -
HR Operations & Administration:
- Work closely with our Shared Services Centre to ensure local HR operations and processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the best employee experience.
- Support the management of outsourced employees along with our partners.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Prepare HR reports and data to support decision-making and compliance.
Payroll & Benefits:
- Coordinate monthly payroll in partnership with our payroll partners across multiple countries.
- Support administration of employee benefits and ensure accuracy of related data.
- Act as first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits queries.
PRO & Compliance:
- Coordinate government relations (PRO) activities through external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regional employment regulations.
- Support annual HR processes such as compensation reviews, performance cycles, and budgeting exercises.
HR Processes:
- Provide support for performance management, annual salary review and bonus processes.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment with HR Shared Services and Centres of Excellence.
- Assist the team in organising training sessions and learning activities.
- Provide support for wellbeing and employee engagement programmes.
- Help coordinate HR communications and events.
- Contribute to other HR projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your professional profile includes -
- Bachelor s or University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Personnel/Labour relations, or Law.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant and progressive hands-on work experience in the HR domain in international and multicultural work environments.
- Having a continuous improvement mindset and are ready to face challenges with a positive and constructive approach.
- A good understanding of the employment and legal landscape in the UAE and the broader Middle East region.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organization skills.
- Strong knowledge in Excel and HR Management systems.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language.
- A good team player and comfortable with diversity.
