Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that align with business objectives and address skill gaps, ensuring impactful learning experiences.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements, analyzing performance data and consulting with stakeholders to tailor programs effectively.
  • Manage the entire training lifecycle, from initial needs analysis and program design to implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using various methods, such as assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Coach and mentor employees, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to integrate training initiatives with other HR programs, such as performance management and succession planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required to establish a foundational understanding of training principles.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development, demonstrating practical application of training methodologies and program implementation.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
  • Proven ability to conduct training needs analyses, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage audiences and deliver impactful training sessions.
