Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate employee data in the Navision (HRIS) system.

  • Process employee updates including new joiners, transfers, exits, and status changes.

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower/budget summaries.

  • Review and consolidate monthly attendance (UAE & Overseas), including sick leave and late records.

  • Ensure compliance with WPS salary requirements.

  • Coordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, and HR teams for insurance, visa allocation, and employee records.

  • Manage biometric access and manual attendance for trial or non-visa staff.

  • Handle employee documentation and respond to certificate requests.

  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, attendance, or HR operations.

  • Experience using ERP/HR systems (Navision experience is an advantage).

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS requirements.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
