Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documents.

Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Coordinate and facilitate internal communications regarding HR policies, procedures, and company updates.

Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records.

Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.

Organize and coordinate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment progress.

Respond to employee requests and provide guidance on HR procedures and company policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR administrative activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
